(a) The commissioner shall:\n(1) notify a discount medical card program organization of the commissioner's approval or disapproval of a filing under section 1 of this chapter; and\n(2) specify in the notice the reason for a disapproval.\n(b) A discount medical card program organization that receives a notice of disapproval under subsection (a) may, not more than twenty-one (21) days after the date the discount medical card program organization receives the notice, request a hearing under IC 4-21.5.","path":["TITLE 27.
