A certified navigator who is unable to comply with the certification renewal procedures under this chapter due to military service or another extenuating circumstance may request from the commissioner:\n(1) a temporary waiver of:\n(A) the renewal procedure; or\n(B) an examination requirement; or\n(2) a waiver of a penalty or sanction that might otherwise be imposed for failure to comply with the renewal procedures.","path":["TITLE 27.
