As used in this chapter, \"covered service\" means a dental service for which a reimbursement:\n(1) is available under a dental plan; or\n(2) would be available under a dental plan but for the application of contractual limitations such as:\n(A) deductibles;\n(B) copayments;\n(C) coinsurance;\n(D) waiting periods;\n(E) annual or lifetime maximums;\n(F) frequency limitations;\n(G) alternative benefit payments; or\n(H) any other limitation;\nunder the dental plan.","path":["TITLE 27.
