As used in this chapter, \"provider network contract\" means a contract between a contracting entity and one (1) or more providers:\n(1) that establishes a network through which the providers:\n(A) provide dental services to covered individuals; and\n(B) are compensated for providing the dental services; and\n(2) that specifies the rights and responsibilities of the contracting entity and the providers concerning the network.","path":["TITLE 27.
