(a) As used in this chapter, \"HMO contract\" means a contract under which a health maintenance organization (as defined in IC 27-13-1-19) undertakes to provide or arrange for the delivery of health care services to enrollees on a prepaid basis, except for enrollee responsibility for copayments or deductibles.\n(b) The term includes:\n(1) an individual contract (as defined in IC 27-13-1-21); and\n(2) a group contract (as defined in IC 27-13-1-16).","path":["TITLE 27.
