(a) As used in this chapter, \"plan sponsor\" means a person that establishes, adopts, or maintains a health benefit plan that covers individuals in Indiana.\n(b) The term includes a health benefit plan established, adopted, or maintained:\n(1) by an employer;\n(2) jointly by an employer and one (1) or more employee organizations; or\n(3) by an association, committee, joint board of trustees, or any similar group of representatives.\n(c) The term does not include an entity regulated under this title.","path":["TITLE 27.
