If a county executive is advised that a proposed precinct establishment order does not comply with this chapter, the county executive may:\n(1) amend the proposed order so that the precincts may be established in compliance with this chapter; or\n(2) request an exemption under section 20.5 of this chapter;\nand resubmit the proposed order to the co-directors.","path":["TITLE 3.
