(a) This section does not apply to a precinct located in a county having a consolidated city.\n(b) This section applies to a precinct:\n(1) that is located wholly or partially within the campus of:\n(A) Ball State University;\n(B) Indiana State University;\n(C) Indiana University;\n(D) Purdue University;\n(E) The University of Evansville;\n(F) The University of Southern Indiana; or\n(G) Vincennes University;\nwith more full-time students enrolled at that campus than are enrolled at any other campus of that university; or\n(2) that contains a structure owned by a university described in subdivision (1) that houses more than one hundred (100) students of the university.\n(c) A county executive may establish a precinct subject to this section without regard to the number of registered voters permitted under section 3 of this chapter if less than forty percent (40%) of the active voters entitled to vote in the precinct voted in the last primary election.","path":["TITLE 3.
