(a) This section does not apply to an application for an absentee ballot from a voter:\n(1) participating in the address confidentiality program under IC 5-26.5-2; or\n(2) requesting to cast an absentee ballot in the office of the circuit court clerk, the office of the board of elections and registration, or a satellite office.\n(b) Before a voter's application for an absentee ballot is attached to the ballot envelope, the application must be scanned or otherwise copied for public inspection.","path":["TITLE 3.
