(a) This section applies whenever more than one (1) candidate may be elected to an office. However, this section does not apply to a school board office.\n(b) Whenever candidates are to be elected to a county council, city common council, or town council that includes both an at-large member and a member representing a district, the candidates seeking election as an at-large member shall be placed on the ballot before candidates seeking to represent a district.\n(c) The ballot shall contain a statement reading substantially as follows above the name of the first candidate: \"To vote for any candidate for this office, you must make a voting mark for each candidate you wish to vote for.\".","path":["TITLE 3.
