The following apply for the purposes of IC 3-6-8, IC 3-6-9, and IC 3-6-10:\n(1) A central location for counting absentee ballots shall be treated the same as a precinct poll.\n(2) An absentee ballot counter shall be treated the same as a precinct election official.\n(3) A major political party of a county is entitled to appoint the number of watchers equal to the number of teams of absentee ballot counters.","path":["TITLE 3.
