The voters appointed as couriers or absentee ballot counters under this article shall be compensated in the following manner:\n(1) Couriers assigned to deliver absentee ballots certifications to the precincts on election day under IC 3-11.5-4-8, are entitled to a per diem established by the county executive and a sum for mileage established by the county fiscal body.\n(2) The absentee ballot counters who are assigned to perform duties regarding absentee ballots on election day are entitled to a per diem established by the county executive.","path":["TITLE 3.
