In case of a recount, all ballot cards shall be recounted in the manner prescribed by this chapter unless:\n(1) the court ordering the recount or the state recount commission directs that they be counted manually; or\n(2) a request for a manual recount is made under IC 3-12-6 or IC 3-12-11.","path":["TITLE 3.
