A person who during an election recklessly:\n(1) removes or destroys any of the supplies or other conveniences placed in the voting booths or delivered to the voter for the purpose of enabling a voter to prepare a ballot;\n(2) removes or defaces the cards printed for the instruction of the voters; or\n(3) removes or destroys a voting booth, railing, or other convenience provided for the election;\ncommits a Level 6 felony.","path":["TITLE 3.
