A printer of the ballots for an election, or person employed in printing the ballots, who knowingly:\n(1) delivers a ballot to a person other than a county election board for which the ballots are being printed;\n(2) prints a ballot in any form other than the one prescribed by law; or\n(3) prints a ballot containing any names, spellings, or arrangements other than as authorized by the election division or a county election board;\ncommits a Level 6 felony.","path":["TITLE 3.
