A person who, for the purpose of inducing or procuring another person to:\n(1) apply for or cast an absentee ballot; or\n(2) vote or refrain from voting for or against a candidate or for or against a public question at:\n(A) an election;\n(B) a caucus;\n(C) an appointment of a candidate by a political party chairman or central committee officers; or\n(D) a political convention;\nauthorized or required by this title;\ngives, offers, or promises to any person any money or other property commits a Level 6 felony.","path":["TITLE 3.
