(a) This section does not apply to:\n(1) political activities; or\n(2) political fundraising activities.\n(b) A person who uses voter registration information obtained under IC 3-7-26.3 or IC 3-7-27 to solicit the sale of merchandise, goods, services, or subscriptions commits a Class B infraction.\n(c) The court shall:\n(1) keep a record; and\n(2) send a copy of the record to the prosecuting attorney of the county in which the infraction proceeding was tried;\nof a judgment for an infraction proceeding tried under this section.\n(d) A person who:\n(1) has previously received a judgment for committing an infraction under this section; and\n(2) knowingly or intentionally uses voter registration information in violation of this section;\ncommits a Class A misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 3.
