{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-3-5-2.1-6","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 3-5-2.1-6","heading":"\"Auxiliary party organization\"","body":"Sec. 6. \"Auxiliary party organization\" means an organization located within or outside Indiana that:\n(1) is affiliated with a political party;\n(2) proposes to influence the election of a candidate for state, legislative, local, or school board office, or the outcome of a public question; and\n(3) has not:\n(A) had an annual expenditure of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or more in at least one (1) of the last two (2) years; or\n(B) made a contribution of more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) to another committee or to a candidate.","path":["TITLE 3.
