A poll taker entering student housing under section 2.5 of this chapter must:\n(1) be a student enrolled at the college or university;\n(2) carry a poll taker’s certificate issued under section 2 of this chapter;\n(3) carry an identification card that includes a photograph of the student;\n(4) check in at the main desk, or with the person in charge of security for the building, upon arrival at the student housing; and\n(5) check out at the main desk or with the person in charge of security for the building before departing.","path":["TITLE 3.
