(a) This section does not apply to the proprietor or manager of a residential mental health facility.\n(b) As used in this section, \"place of lodging\" refers to any of the following:\n(1) A boarding house.\n(2) A lodging house.\n(3) A residential building.\n(4) An apartment.\n(5) Any other place within which persons are lodged.\n(c) The:\n(1) proprietor or manager of a place of lodging; or\n(2) association of co-owners;\nshall allow a poll taker for a political party or an independent candidate for a federal or a state office to enter a place of lodging or a condominium during reasonable hours to take a poll of residents.","path":["TITLE 3.
