(a) Upon referral under section 21 of this chapter, the attorney general shall institute on behalf of the state, a civil action for relief including any of the following:\n(1) A permanent or temporary injunction.\n(2) A restraining order.\n(3) Another appropriate order.\n(b) An action under this section may be instituted in a circuit or superior court in the county in which the person is found, resides, or transacts business.\n(c) Upon a proper showing that the person has engaged or is about to engage in an act or a practice described by section 21 of this chapter, the court shall grant the requested relief without bond.","path":["TITLE 3.
