(a) The term of an individual serving as a member of the commission begins on the later of the following:\n(1) The day the term of the member whom the individual is appointed to succeed expires.\n(2) The day the individual is appointed.\n(b) The term of a member expires July 1 of the second year after the member's current term begins.\n(c) A member may be reappointed to the commission.
