A person who is a candidate for elected office may not be:\n(1) appointed as a deputy election commissioner; or\n(2) employed by a county election board.\nIf a deputy election commissioner or employee of a county election board becomes a candidate for elected office, the person may not continue to serve as a deputy election commissioner or employee of a county election board.","path":["TITLE 3.
