The board is comprised of the following five (5) members:\n(1) The county chairmen of the major political parties of the county shall each appoint two (2) members of the board. Members of the board appointed under this subdivision:\n(A) must be voters of the county; and\n(B) serve a term of two (2) years or until their successors are appointed.\n(2) The circuit court clerk, who is an ex officio member of the board.","path":["TITLE 3.
