(a) The circuit court clerk (or in a county with a board of registration, the members of the board of registration) shall, not later than:\n(1) noon seventy-seven (77) days before each general election and each primary election conducted in a general election year; and\n(2) seventeen (17) days before each municipal election or each primary election conducted in a municipal election year;\nfile an affidavit under affirmation with the election division.\n(b) The affidavit must be on a form prescribed by the election division and must state that the county voter registration office has:\n(1) conducted the voter list maintenance program under this article; and\n(2) canceled the registrations required under the voter list maintenance program.","path":["TITLE 3.
