(a) This section applies when a person aggrieved by a violation of:\n(1) NVRA; or\n(2) this article;\nfiles a written notice of the violation with the circuit court clerk of the county where the violation occurred.\n(b) The clerk shall promptly provide a copy of the notice by first class mail with tracking to:\n(1) the person alleged to have committed the violation;\n(2) the members of the county election board; and\n(3) the NVRA official.","path":["TITLE 3.
