(a) This section applies to a person who:\n(1) on the day of the next general, municipal, or special election, will meet the age and residency requirements of section 1 of this chapter; and\n(2) does not meet the age or residency requirements on primary election day.\n(b) A person described in subsection (a) may not cast a ballot:\n(1) for candidates for elected offices; or\n(2) on public questions;\nto be voted on at the same time that the primary election is conducted.","path":["TITLE 3.
