(a) This section applies to a person who is:\n(1) otherwise qualified to register under this article; and\n(2) not imprisoned or subject to lawful detention.\n(b) A person described in subsection (a) who is:\n(1) on probation;\n(2) on parole;\n(3) subject to home detention under IC 35-38-2.5; or\n(4) placed in a community corrections program under IC 35-38-2.6;\nis eligible to register and to vote.","path":["TITLE 3.
