(a) This section applies to a voter:\n(1) who is a resident of a precinct; and\n(2) whose name appears on the registration record of a precinct.\n(b) A person described in subsection (a) is not required to register again as long as:\n(1) the voter continues to reside at the same address at which the voter is registered;\n(2) the voter is not disfranchised according to law; and\n(3) the voter's registration is not canceled under this title.","path":["TITLE 3.
