The circuit court clerk or board of registration shall furnish copies of the master list, as described in section 9 of this chapter, to the following upon request:\n(1) The county chairmen of the major political parties of the county.\n(2) The chairman of the following:\n(A) A bona fide political party of the county.\n(B) An independent candidate's committee if the candidate is on the ballot for the next general election to be conducted in the county.","path":["TITLE 3.
