(a) Each county voter registration office shall send a list of the deceased persons whose registrations have been canceled to the following upon request:\n(1) The county chairman of each major political party of the county.\n(2) The chairman of the following:\n(A) A bona fide political party of the county.\n(B) An independent candidate's committee, if the candidate is on the ballot for the next election to be conducted in the county.\n(b) A request filed under this section may state that the list is to include only cancellations made by the county voter registration office within a period specified in the request.","path":["TITLE 3.
