The circuit court clerk or board of registration shall send a list of voters who are mailed voter list maintenance notices under this article to the following upon request:\n(1) The county chairmen of the major political parties of the county.\n(2) The chairman of the following:\n(A) A bona fide political party of the county.\n(B) An independent candidate's committee, if the independent candidate is on the ballot for the next election to be conducted in the county.","path":["TITLE 3.
