(a) Except as provided in subsections (b) and (c), this chapter applies to candidates in all elections and caucuses and to the following types of committees:\n(1) Candidate's committees.\n(2) Regular party committees.\n(3) Political action committees.\n(4) An auxiliary party organization.\n(5) A legislative caucus committee.\n(b) Section 4 of this chapter does not apply to candidates for federal office.\n(c) Section 2.5 of this chapter does not apply to candidates for the following:\n(1) Precinct committeeman.\n(2) State convention delegate.","path":["TITLE 3.
