(a) As used in this section, \"board\" refers to either of the following:\n(1) A county election board.\n(2) A board of elections and registration.\n(b) A board may establish a system for electronic filing of reports required to be filed by a candidate or committee under this article.\n(c) If a board provides for electronic filing of reports, the board may not require a candidate or a committee to file its reports using the system established under this section.","path":["TITLE 3.
