(a) This section applies to a candidate who files a declaration of intent to be a write-in candidate under IC 3-8-2.\n(b) A candidate is not required to prepare or file a report before the nomination date.\n(c) The period for the first report required for a candidate begins on the date that the individual became a candidate and ends fourteen (14) days after the nomination date.","path":["TITLE 3.
