(a) To the extent that the commissioner's responsibility under this chapter requires, the commissioner of insurance shall issue rules with respect to insurers, and with respect to refunds (section 6 of this chapter), forms, schedules of premium rates and charges (section 13 of this chapter), and the commissioner's approval or disapproval thereof and, in case of violation, may make an order for compliance.\n(b) IC 4-21.5-3 applies to and governs all agency action taken by the commissioner of insurance pursuant to this section.","path":["TITLE 37.
