(a) A final order issued under section 20 of this chapter is effective the eleventh day after the date the order is served. However, a final order issued upon consent under section 19 of this chapter is effective at the time specified in the order.\n(b) A final order remains effective and enforceable as provided in the order.\n(c) The department or a reviewing court may stay, modify, or vacate a final order.","path":["TITLE 37.
