At least once each year, the department of administration shall distribute to representatives of the news media throughout Indiana a notice stating that information concerning:\n(1) the notice and bidding procedures for state public works projects and state purchases of supplies and services; and\n(2) the procedures for qualifying as:\n(A) a contractor for the design or construction of a state public works project; or\n(B) a vendor for a state purchase of services or supplies;\nis available upon request from the department.","path":["TITLE 4.
