(a) The director of the bureau shall prepare a report each year on the operations of the bureau.\n(b) A copy of the report shall be provided to the following:\n(1) The governor.\n(2) The legislative council.\n(3) The department.\n(4) The department of correction.\nA report provided under this subsection to the legislative council must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.","path":["TITLE 4.
