As used in this chapter, \"state agency\" means any of the following:\n(1) A state agency (as defined in IC 4-13-1-1).\n(2) Any other authority, board, branch, commission, committee, department, division, or other instrumentality of the executive branch of state government, including the following:\n(A) A state educational institution.\n(B) A license branch operated or administered under IC 9-14.1.\n(C) The state police department created by IC 10-11-2-4.","path":["TITLE 4.
