(a) Each year the department shall produce and distribute a recycled products guide for use by all state and local government purchasing agents. The guide must include the following:\n(1) Instructions concerning how local government purchasing agents may purchase recycled materials through the department.\n(2) A list of products that may be purchased through the department.\n(b) The department shall annually revise and update the guide produced under this section.","path":["TITLE 4.
