(a) As used in this chapter, \"major equipment item\" refers to any item that a school corporation considers:\n(1) a significant equipment purchase; and\n(2) reasonably likely to be purchased by several school corporations.\n(b) The term does not include the following:\n(1) Curricular materials (as defined in IC 20-18-2-2.7).\n(2) A special purpose bus (as defined in IC 20-27-2-10).\n(3) A school bus (as defined in IC 20-27-2-8).","path":["TITLE 4.
