Subject to IC 5-22-5, the department shall develop specifications for the major equipment items to be purchased. In developing specifications, the department:\n(1) shall consider the requirements and specifications reported by school corporations under section 6 of this chapter; and\n(2) must comply with the requirements and specifications for the particular major equipment item:\n(A) required by law; or\n(B) that an entity authorized or required by law establishes.","path":["TITLE 4.
