(a) The department may receive gifts and grants under terms, obligations, and liabilities that the commissioner considers appropriate.\n(b) The commissioner shall use a gift or grant received under subsection (a):\n(1) to carry out this chapter; and\n(2) according to the terms of the gift or grant.","path":["TITLE 4.
