Notwithstanding this article, the department shall comply with the terms and conditions of any grant, gift, bequest, or cooperative agreement involving a governmental body if noncompliance with those terms and conditions would invalidate the grant, gift, bequest, or cooperative agreement.","path":["TITLE 4.
