(a) At the request of a governmental body, the department, in consultation with the governmental body, may do the following:\n(1) Solicit proposals from qualified providers for an energy cost savings contract.\n(2) Review proposals and contract with a qualified provider.\n(b) An energy cost savings contract may cover more than one (1) governmental body.","path":["TITLE 4.
