A wellness program may be conducted to do any of the following:\n(1) Reduce state employee:\n(A) absenteeism;\n(B) stress; or\n(C) health insurance premium costs.\n(2) Assist a state employee to improve personal health by establishing a health plan that may include the following:\n(A) Weight reduction.\n(B) Smoking cessation.\n(C) Fitness counseling.\n(3) Prevent drug or alcohol abuse by state employees.\n(4) Treat and rehabilitate state employees who abuse drugs or alcohol.","path":["TITLE 4.
