As used in this chapter, \"state institution\" means any of the following:\n(1) A state institution (as defined in IC 12-7-2.1-318).\n(2) A correctional facility owned by the state and operated by the department of correction.\n(3) The Indiana School for the Deaf established by IC 20-22-2-1.\n(4) The Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired established by IC 20-21-2-1.\n(5) The Indiana Veterans' Home as described in IC 10-17-9.\n(6) Any other facility owned and operated by the state whose employees participate in the state civil service.","path":["TITLE 4.
