As used in this chapter, \"classified employee\" means an employee who:\n(1) has been appointed to a position in the state classified service;\n(2) has completed the working test period under section 34 of this chapter; and\n(3) has been certified by the appointing authority for that classification of positions.","path":["TITLE 4.
