(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), this section applies to any transfer under this chapter.\n(b) This section does not apply if the instrument is a lease for a term of four (4) years or less.\n(c) The instrument shall be recorded in each county in which the property is located.\n(d) Except as provided in subsection (e), a copy of the instrument shall be filed in the land office.\n(e) If the transfer involves two (2) agencies, the instrument shall also be filed in the land office.","path":["TITLE 4.
